"The 2 members of staff on reception were fantastic (special thanks to Jake) However, we were disappointed with the room. Although it was perfectly clean, it was much smaller than I had expected from the photos, on which I based my choice of hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast buffet was excellent, as were all the members of staff we encountered."

"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa is . Prices were on display which appeared expensive Entertainment was missing but out of season and we wanted a peaceful holiday. Public bus and taxi to the Old Town cheap. A few miles out or an hour walk. Beautiful and clean beaches and promenade Hot Food as other reviews tends not to be. But there is plenty of choice and plentiful. Especially breakfast was very good. "

"The Hotel La Estacion was ideal for our trip. We had a nice large room which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening meal were very good. Service in the bar was good. Reception staff were helpful. The hotel was convenient for walking into Benidorm town."
