"La agencia estupenda en amabilidad y eficacia. Tuvimos un problema de colapso de taxis y ellos nos ayudaron. Hay confusión en la hora de entrega de llaves en la propia agencia, porque la salida del apartamento y la entrega de llaves no es la misma cosa, pero parece que sí es en la misma franja de hora. La casa me pareció demasiado sencilla. Faltaban algunas cosas que hubieran venido bien como toldos en la terraza, algún utensilio práctico de la cocina... Un poco vieja ya. El primer día olieron...

"This is a clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with a super host, in Maria, who was helpful and attentive. Great location close to the excellent beach, with parking close by and only a short walk to bars and restaurants. With plenty of living space and the two bathrooms it was great for our family of four and would easily accommodate seven. With a car, it’s a short drive to larger shops in Gandia and Oliva town. Overall highly recommended."

"Ein wunderschöner Ort, sehr Ruhig auch Nachts. Der Strand ist super/Mega . Selbst an Sonntagen gibt es Platz für Alle. Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Der Blick auf das Meer ist fantastisch und wenn es gewittert ist das unglaublich zu Betrachten. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist super, gute Kommunikation . "The property was as listed, very clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool was just for us and although Hilde and her husband live in the other appartment, they leave you alone to enjoy your stay. Would thoroughly recommend this property, but you will need a car."

"Tengo 73 años y este ha sido el peor apartamento en el que he estado, y he estado en muchos. Las ventanas de las habitaciones y las puertas de las terrazas no cerraban ninguna. El olor a wáter público en todo el apartamento era insoportable.. .faltaban utensilios básicos en la cocina, el microondas en la terraza del lavadero, decoración desastrosa en general. Creo que no escojeré nunca más un apartamento con ustedes. no cerraban ninguna."
