"We had a lovely week at the Hard Rock Hotel and thought the hotel was absolutely lovely. At check-in we were served quickly, given an upgraded room and as we had missed dinner that evening (flight delay), they sent up some charcuterie and bread to our room which was much appreciated. "Where to begin. Nice to have a glass of bubbly on arrival. Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it. Ordering room service is farcical, staff didn’t speak any English and kept telling us to call reception, who then told us to call room service.
