From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. "The property is secluded from all the small towns in the island but offers silence peace and comfort in the zone that it is located. The space was perfect for a family vacation of 5 people. I would recommend this property if staying in La Gomera for longer than 2 nights to make it worth your while. "

"Excellent Staff except for grumpy bartender at pool. We brought our own drinking cups but was forcing us to use the hotels plastic cups and pay 1€ deposit. Made no sense. Rooms need updating. Especially bathrooms but the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. We asked for a quiet room and they put us on the top floor - thank you. Food at restaurant for all inclusive was decent and there was variety everyday. Staff at the restaurant were excellent. Hotel located in good proximity to ocean and restaurants/bars but there is no good beach nearby."

"Great hotel with views of the sea and the mountains. Wonderful buffet with so much choice and a different theme each evening and entertainment that made it even more special. Parking, nice restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely go back."
