"ONLY negatives were the state of the roads on Tortola, which the homeowner has no control over, and a 'friendly' iguana left us several gifts in and around the pool, which had to be cleaned 3-4 days our of our 7 day stay. Otherwise, perfect!"

"Our family decided to spend five days to relax after a week-long boat charter in the BVI. Flamingo Sunset was the perfect place! Extremely clean and had everything we would need for our stay. Watching the sunsets every afternoon was priceless. Communication with host and her team was excellent. A couple of beautiful beaches just a short drive away. Would certainly rent again and/or recommend to family and friends!"

"Victor's house is fantastic. The photos really cannot properly represent the space, and certainly not the views. The layout of the villa obviously contemplated a blending in with the terrain (rugged, for sure), with an eye on maximizing the stunning views that surround. Victor and Clifford are incredibly attentive, and the place really has everything you need if you are to set up a base for exploring Tortola and the surrounding islands. We hope to return, for sure!"
