"This property is a great value. The location is great, we walked everywhere. We felt very safe. The staff were all excellent, very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. "

"It is located central. It is noisy in halls and outside. Walls seem thin. We enjoyed the customer service. Parking is a bit much. And taxes are silly. I minimize this travel to Seattle. Why are we paying $75 for the convention center tax? ABB may be necessary next go around if there is one. I would stay within this property chain elsewhere as it’s Still nice overall. "

"Staff were all very friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel was ideal. It was a short distance from Pike Place Market and the pier. Hotel room was clean and even had an extra blanket for when it got a little bit cold at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"The location was great. We walked to all the hotspots downtown from our hotel. The parking fee at the hotel was expensive. The pool was nice, but the hot tub wasn't very hot as it opened into the cold pool. Hotel staff was kind of cold. Rooms were nice with big balcony, but it felt like it could be cleaner."
