"We love the area and often take trips here. This property was lake front with a beautiful view. The rate was good for this area. The place was clean and just as described. The bathroom is tiny but completely functional. Coffee on the porch was a favorite along with ending the day sitting on the dock. Close to everything. We would stay again."

There is no gate, door nor barrier so it is easy to fall down the stairs. They are located where you have to walk by them to get from the living area to the bedrooms and bathroom. "Perfect place to stay in Penn Yan. The wine bar below is a gem! Couple that owns it is lovely and food, drinks and service was great! Definitely make a reservation for brunch! The only little down side of this place was the steep steps to carry up luggage. We underestimated the time to take our luggage down and around back to the car. It was lovely place to stay. Highly reccomend!"

"Everything was just as advertised. Great location, comfortable, updated and super clean. Managers are very responsive and accessible. Next to all restaurants and shops. Easy access to several great wineries. Only hiccup is the unit is near downtown (which is great) so a little noisy at night. But noise level goes down after 11 PM, so not a huge deal.. thank you for an amazing stay!"
