The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met from the start. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I could need—plush bedding, a well-stocked minibar, a large flat-screen TV, and a powerful shower. The attention to detail in the decor was also impressive, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. One of the highlights was the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast buffet had an impressive variety of fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and custom-made items like omelets. I also had dinner there one night, and the cuisine was superb—every dish was expertly prepared and absolutely delicious. Another standout feature of the hotel was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, they truly made me feel valued as a guest. The location of the hotel is also ideal—conveniently situated near Provensa, the pink area of Poblado, making it easy to explore the area."
