"Everything was clean. There was decent city views. Staff was professional. The only thing is that I booked beforehand and when we got there which was around 3:45ish they still didnt have any rooms available. We still had to wait after 4 pm. That was a bit annoying after having a long day and had been travelling since 6 in the morning. But other than that everything else was great."

"I was upgraded from a two queen beds to a one bedroom apt because my room's toilet isn't working. The front desk staff helped me and I was able to switch room right away. Very excellent customer service "

"I like how the view of the city and how convenient it was to attractions and stores and I didn't like how breakfast was not included it's nice to have a luxury hotel but it would be nice to not have an extra charge for in room dining"
