"We stayed for 6 nights to visit family and friends, and Fairfield Inn & Suites Bellevue/Redmond was great! The hotel is set back from the road, and so it was very quiet. The room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had hot and cold choices, and the staff was super diligent to replenish. "I was upgraded from a two queen beds to a one bedroom apt because my room's toilet isn't working. The front desk staff helped me and I was able to switch room right away. Very excellent customer service "

"Checking in was so easy and they even offered a complimentary upgrade of our room for our 11 year wedding anniversary! We have the most beautiful views of lake Washington and Seattle and Bellevue! It has been so peaceful and relaxing here. Room was so clean and smelled great! We will definitely be back!! "

"Everything was clean. There was decent city views. Staff was professional. The only thing is that I booked beforehand and when we got there which was around 3:45ish they still didnt have any rooms available. We still had to wait after 4 pm. That was a bit annoying after having a long day and had been travelling since 6 in the morning. But other than that everything else was great."
