"Room was great and well-stocked. Bed, pillows, and blanket were extremely comfortable! Kettle was clean. Thanks for providing a powerful hair dryer and a hair straightener! Cups could be cleaner and water pressure could be higher for the shower but the water was consistently hot which was great. The room was kept really clean by the housekeeper each day. Breakfast was included and amazing everyday. It is literally the meal I look forward to most everyday. Location was great as well, walking distance to CBD area, and safe neighbourhood with lots of cafes and pilates studios nearby. Thank you for the wonderful stay! "

"Loved staying here, it is close to transport, Darling Harbour, shopping and Paddy's Market. We found our room to be very clean and tidy, we had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The big attraction was the remote controlled toilet. The staff from reception to housemaids were very helpful and friendly. Would definately stay here again. "

"Great stay!! Staff went out of their way to accommodate. We arrived early in the morning from Los Angeles and they graciously accommodated us with a room! Breakfast buffet at the restaurant was outstanding, my kids said it was one of the best they’ve ever had. Pool was heated, salt water and the hot tub and steam room were also great. Definitely would stay again. Thanks to the front desk staff, everyone was happy and very helpful. "
