"We had a wonderful week's ski holiday staying in Chantel and Caroline's chalet. The chalet is very spacious with great facilities, especially the hot tub. The location is fantastic, quiet and away from other properties with amazing views. A little bit of a walk to the piste, which was further for us due to the spring conditions but only a few minutes drive down to the village where there was plenty of free parking."

"We had a great week. The chalet is really close to the lifts which take you up to the La plagne ski area but you can also really easily cross to Les arcs. Montchavin is low so I don’t think the nursery slope in front of the chalet is often open but when it is you could ski almost to the door! Village is small but has a few restaurants (including the one run by the host - La bovate- which had delicious food!), small supermarket, bakery and ski hire places - everything you need unless you need...

"Chalet Pierra Menta is a beautiful chalet in a great location. We were a party of 14 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of space for us all. The rooms were comfortable and the chalet very well equipped with the ground floor ski/boot room, sauna and self catering equipment. Communication with the owner, Edward was brilliant from the moment of booking, during our stay and through departure. With enough snow the chalet is ski in and a short walk (200m) for ski out. "It is only few minutes away from Les coches, cafe’s and shops. The house are full of equipments, kitchen is not so big but complete. The sauna needs to have a bit of privacy. The owner was easy to contact when we had problem with the washing machine and also for checking in. All in all it was a great place for ski vacation and we will surely book it again if we are going back. :)"

"We had an excellent stay at the chalet, which is perfectly placed for the slopes and not far form the town of Les Coches.The facilities in the chalet were great.Worth noting that there is only one oven, which if you pack the chalet with 15 people, as we did, then cooking takes a bit of time management, but otherwise, fantastic chalet and would happily return!"

"We stayed over New year and had a really great time. Marcel was able to assist when required and clear with communication. We stayed as 10 adults which was fine and suited us. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with twin beds and one room with 2 bunk bed (4 beds). The group really enjoyed the sauna on the property. Overall a great stay. Thanks."

Il est impossible d'y faire dormir des ados ou des adultes. Le ménage était déficient: tessons de cannettes de bière dans le séjour et frigo en panne faute de dégivrage. "Very well appointed chalet in a beautiful location. Much bigger than we needed but we wanted a hot tub with a view, and we certainly got that. Plenty of walks in the area or a short drive away. A car is essential to really appreciate what the area has to offer."

The shuttle service provided on both a daily basis and local pick up at the beginning and end of the holiday was efficient. The property was lovely with high quality catering. The apartment is perfectly positioned for ski in / ski out via the piste down to the Montchavin chair lift. it is also very well located for accessing the restaurants and shops in Les Caches by foot.
