"Great hotel right next to the La Plagne ski lifts with fantastic service. The hotel's own ski shop / ski rental was very convenient. All the staff were super kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, happy to recommend this hotel for anyone coming to La Plagne."

"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

"DO NOT BOOK! The pictures are not a true representation of this hotel. It is dirty, old (falling apart), everything is at the lowest quality this is not a three star hotel. Room was horrid - thin and cheap pillow, shower that is either too hot or too cold (my young son burnt himself), overcrowded ski area that smells vile and not cleaned well. The staff don’t care or tell you there’s nothing they can do. The biggest regret of our family holiday was to book this place!"

"The staff here are very helpful. There is a spa/pool. It is ski in/out. We had an apartment for 8 with mountain views; this consisted of a main bedroom with ensuite, a second double bed bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds with a curtain. The apartment was spacious and I would recommend it."

Unfortunately our stay this time was not actually in the hotel, but in apartments elsewhere in Belle Plagne - despite our booking confirmation stating it was for the hotel. "The chalet was perfect for a big group of 11 men (and room for more!), 5 minute walk from La Roche ski lift. There is a bar and ski hire at the bottom of the lift, although no shop, so we drove up to Plagne centre each morning. Communication with Audrey is exceptional, she is extremely attentive and answers your queries quickly. The living room is great for communal dining and evening entertainment (we played lots of cards). The Olympic bobsleigh is a short walk up the hill."
