"Location for this property is a major plus. Everything was within 20 minutes that we needed to get to. Grocery store was very close. Stocked well with basic kitchen necessities, plates, silverware and glasses for our party of eleven. There is outdoor seating but the pines were shedding so we didn't use these areas, nor were they cleaned up for our arrival on any of the decks or front entry. "The house was great. We needed a one level home due to a disability. The house I was almost perfect for us except going out to the backyard. No railings off the deck and the walkway was uneven. The one level was a must for us. She could get out to the backyard but needed assistance. The only other thing I would say is the couch wasn’t as comfortable as it could be."

"If you are a large loud partying kind of family this is not a good choice for you. I hosted 30 people for my husband’s 70th birthday. We rented the main house and all the cottages and the studio. We ranged in age from 78 to 5. Be aware that there are lots and lots of stairs. The mansion is 4 stories and each cottage has the bedroom in a loft area up a flight of stairs as well. "Very nice weekend stay! My wife, son, and daughter in law, and 3 grandchildren (ages 9-13) had a great time. The kids played mini golf in the backyard, enjoyed the Nintendo Wii set up on the tv, played pool in the game room, they were very happy. The kitchen was very well stocked, we used the outdoor grill.
