"The cabin is nice and spacious, and the property is really nice. The pool table in the downstairs area was fun. A few things didn't work, like the arcade machine (broken joystick) and the fire place in master bedroom would start, but kept turning off. Biggest gripe though was the Internet service, speed was so slow that nothing really worked consistently.. I couldn't get any speeds over 5mbps, and that was the best-case. We didn't reach out to the owner about it while there, so maybe it was...

"The house was comfortable and the essentials were present, however the entire house and bunk house need a good dusting. The pantry was so full of cleaning supplies and bug spray we could not use it. Which was disappointing as we were there for several days. The outside is awesome , lots of room to play. Be sure your pets listen well , as there is no fence. "

"Bear Howard Cabin is nestled in Oak Creek Canyon in a quiet, small neighborhood. Oak Creek is a short walk away for fishing. Almost a dozen trout were visible from the access road. Road traffic was congested on the highway due to the narrow, two lane, curvy road. We built in extra time for driving anywhere, but the scenery was spectacular so it was worth it."
