Because we opted for a more cost effective room, we were put in a small cell of a space outside the main castle which felt neither charming or friendly. The walls were bare and dingy and had holes. There were no windows or air conditioning units so we had to sleep with our door open to get fresh air which made us feel uncomfortable. The bed was two twins shoved together with separate sheets and hard...

"The location is nice, with little grocery stores and a park nearby. The furniture and bathroom as well as the spa are very dated and not well maintained. We didn't really feel at home (smelly toilet and also because the heating was off and we had to use an electric heater). It is a nice hotel overall, but it just seems past its time."
