"I checked in online and provided all my details, yet I still had to spend a long time at the reception. When I entered my room, the TV was on and displaying someone else’s name. It’s unacceptable, especially in a time when privacy should be a priority. I informed the staff, but they showed no concern. I was staying for two nights and requested cutlery to be sent to my room. A staff member said it would arrive shortly, but it never did. I was truly disappointed. No matter the price, basic service and respect should always be expected in such a setting."

"I felt very safe and welcome. The hotel is lo cated very close to the last Metro 13 station(1 minute walk!) My room was very quiet and spacious enough to do some yoga...and in the room is a coffee machine AND a hot water heater, which I loved. Very clean and comfortable. After this all it had a convenient price for Paris!"
