"Host was very friendly & accomodating, flexible. Long, dusty, bumpy dirt road to property. Woodsy & secluded. If you think camping, you'll be thrilled w/ AC, very comfortable beds, electricity, hot & cold water etc. You won't mind so much missing & broken items and minor housekeeping lapses. Overall, a pleasant, inexpensive getaway, tho you can hear &glimpse major highway nearby. Despite nearby homes, we saw a deer and several bunnies!"

"We loved staying at the Tipsy Turtle. The Ichetucknee river is one of our favorite places to visit. We did multiple float, snorkel, & kayak/SUP trips all from the Tipsy Turtle dock or the TREPO parks. We'll definitely be coming back."

"The entire process, from booking to checkout, was excellent. The Owner responded quickly back and when we met he and his wife they were so personable and made us totally welcome. They are exceptional! I highly recommend staying at this wonderful log home on 11 acres. The evening on the deck were super relaxing and early morning coffee was wonderful seeing the wildlife. Rnjoy Florida in a unique setting!😊😊"

"Hard to put into words how sirene and calming this place was for my son and I. An ama,ing way to camp but still be off the ground from rain and keep the mosquitos away. The river was so peacful and calming to stare at. The shower is nice and cold, perfect for in the summer, and the enclosed bathroom was perfect. If you want to camp but still have some creature comforts, this is your place. The owners were super cool when they checked to see if we needed anything. I will be coming back for sure"

"Perfect place for a relaxing getaway! We paddle boarded on the Suwannee river and swam in it! Loved Hart Springs, too. Walked up and down the dirt road with our dog. Made arts and crafts on the front porch. Cooked meals together. Ate together. Laughed. Relaxed! Some recommendations- We brought our own water filter as the water there smells like sulfur! Highly recommend you do, too! The grill did not seem to work- the temperature gauge is out. So we grilled over the fire we made in the barrel....

"This house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed, then more! We loved the outdoor games and walking trails around the property, and the whole place feels very private and secluded.
