"Very good place to stay in Belfast. The hotel is clean and modern. The room was on the small side for a family of 4 and the pull out bed for the teenagers wasnt the best. The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was excellent. "

"I don't know Belfast very well but this hotel is located in a very busy but convenient location. Not posh by any means, but the place is nice and well kept, and the staff are wonderful. The street is residential but quiet at night. I left my windows open at night. I heard some people, but nothigh to disturb your sleep."

"Botanic Rest B&B was clean and basic. It lost points for noise and safety. When we checked in we took our suitcases up the stairs. About halfway to our room in the hallway on a few stairs up, a man was doing some repairs in the doorway to a room. His tools (including an electric screwdriver) were in the middle of the stars and hallway. We had to move them, so we could get past. Pretty unsafe. The breakfast was nice. They had the usual continental breakfast and you could order hot items off...
