"The main building opens to a beautiful pool. The terrace was the perfect place to view the scenery, including birds, wildlife, and the ocean. All of the buildings were clean and comfortable, and the mattresses and bedding were comfortable. "One week before arrival i replied to the emails send by vacasa/vrbo; 3 emails to ask for local persons contact. Did not receive any reply on the emails. So we had to wait by the gate. Had to call to vacasa USA, several calls, a mess. Once entered the property, big was the surprise when we saw the walls full of dirty traces in all chambers! Oxidation from the fans made a complete mess. Bedsheets, walls, all full of sprinkled oxidation. Also only 1 towel per person for the whole stay (4days!)...
