"What we liked: ‘cozy modern’, high-tech, linens were good quality, comfortable bed, quiet, clean, stylish, friendly reception/bar staff, and close to public transportation. What we did not like: Insufficient information about all the amenities available to guests, difficult to communicate with hotel staff as the rooms have no phones and the iPads did not provide the ability to contact staff for services (i.e. replenish supplies, wake up calls, call a taxi, ask questions about the area, etc.). "

"We chose the Hilton to place ourselves a bit outside of the city center and were extremely happy with our choice. Getting in and out of the center of Amsterdam took around 20 minutes but the facility and the solitude on the outskirts made it worth it. "

"My family of 4 absolutely adored this hotel. We had a room with bunks for my 13 and 11 year olds and the rooms were large considering we are in Europe the the room sizes tend to be small. The safe had an issue and we were checked in 2 hours late however they tripped over themselves trying to make it better. They were simply delightful. We would stay here again. There are two locations. This one is closest to the cruise port. The other is in the city. We accidentally went to that one first and the staff there were phenomenal as well. We would stay at either any time. "
