"The staff in the restaurant were very nice and helpful! Best ones I’ve seen in a while. The receptionists however, could’ve been nicer as they are the face of the hotel. The location is really good and close by to Sportpaleis which is why we visited Antwerp. It could’ve been cleaner as there were still other guests hairs on the bathroom floor. Also I did not see any ‘vending machine’, perhaps I missed it. Overall it was good, just some minor issues."
