"Perfect location and views. Great proximity to Beech Mtn. Plenty of space. However, property furnishings were extremely worn and needed to be thrown out. Pillows in tatters, couches and chairs were gross. Coffeemakers were all broken. This property definitely needs a makeover. If that bothers you, you’ll want to stay somewhere else."

"Not cleaned an arrival and some amenities were not working. After repeated calls for maintenance repair where calls were not returned our 3 day stay was without some amenities. Calls that were answered said problem was fixed, but upon returning to cabin that was not true. called again and said they would be there in about 35 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours later called and they told me the maintenance man's truck broke down and they couldn't get to me. Was totally disgusted as this went on for our 3...

"We made a last minute reservation for this VRBO. The process was easy and we were sent the information in a timely process. As soon as we pulled in, the kids went out and played in the snow and went to the pool. They had a great time! The condo was awesome! We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was great! We only stayed for one night, but we would go back again."

Unfortunately the kitchen was VERY dirty, with dried on food all over the handles of the fridge, grease spatter all over the front of the microwave, leftover grounds in the coffee maker, the Keurig hadn’t been wiped down in months and the floors had clumps of dried on chocolate (that thankfully I was able to clean up before my dogs licked up too much).
