"Stayed with my extended family, ages 12-60, and 3 dogs. We all loved it. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had great views. It was so nice that the property was fenced and dogs could roam. The weather was fantastic with temps ranging from upper 50s to mid-80s in late July. Meanwhile temps at home in Arlington VA were hitting 100. It was a great escape!"

"Perfect location and views. Great proximity to Beech Mtn. Plenty of space. However, property furnishings were extremely worn and needed to be thrown out. Pillows in tatters, couches and chairs were gross. Coffeemakers were all broken. This property definitely needs a makeover. If that bothers you, you’ll want to stay somewhere else."

"Not cleaned an arrival and some amenities were not working. After repeated calls for maintenance repair where calls were not returned our 3 day stay was without some amenities. Calls that were answered said problem was fixed, but upon returning to cabin that was not true. called again and said they would be there in about 35 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours later called and they told me the maintenance man's truck broke down and they couldn't get to me. Was totally disgusted as this went on for our 3...

"The house was in an amazing location and there were plenty of attractions within a short drive of the house. John was the most helpful host we have ever worked with, he was easily accessible the entire weekend and called to welcome us upon arrival. The house was great for our large group with amazing features - a favorite of ours was the piano! We definitely recommend this house!"
