"We had a great 3 day stay at this Cub Run house. It was cozy, cute, and very clean. The kids loved the ping pong table and availability of so many well kept games and activities. The house and kitchen were well equipped making meal time easy. Beds were comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed evening fires in the fire pit and the quiet area. The boys were excited to see deer in the backyard and explore! Quick trip to Mammoth Cave National Park and Nolin Lake State Park. The host provided information...

"Great location. Adorable house. Beautiful view! We saw deer every day, caught some fish, and saw a bald eagle fly over. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 pre teens. The house was the perfect size. Only negatives were that there was no table to eat at other than outside which would have been fine if it hadn’t been 90 and super humid :). Also, showered are small. A bigger framed person may have trouble maneuvering. Other than. That it was absolutely wonderful!"

However, there was No living area downstairs with a TV for the group to enjoy watching TV (ballgames and such) only in in a room upstairs that has 2 sofa beds that we needed for sleeping too. House is dated and needs some small repairs but those repairs did not hamper our stay. Beds are as follows since I found VRBO description confusing. I queen in bedroom downstairs 2 queens in another bedroom downstairs Two twin beds ina very small bedroom...

"We traveled with our adult kids for a quick trip to see Mammoth Cave National Park. The house was just as advertised, and provided a warm and cozy place to stay on a very cold weekend. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Driving directions were super helpful, and it was easy to find even at night with all the great signage. "This property was a short drive to the caves and water park and was very quiet. There was another group that stayed in the larger home closer to the street and we wouldn’t have known they were there had we not seen their cars. We got to enjoy the pool before they arrived which was nice. We’d forgotten our beach towels, but they were provided by the property owners. We were surprised with home made cupcakes which was a nice touch . All-in all we really loved this stay and would stay again."

"Mike thank u for hosting. Great week and weather. Really enjoyed the rental. As disclosed the single BR had us on a schedule but no issues! Lower level access challenging for mobility impaired with stairs. Mike met us on Saturday and gave some Great tips about lake conditions. View without comparison. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Lots Of space. We fish so did not use TV or Wi fi. Would rent with Mike again and Plan too make this place our new annual gathering place."
