"This is an adequate place to stay if you go in with the expectation that it is a homestay, not a hotel. All staff were very friendly and courteous. The floor was quite clean but the room was very basic and old, with dirty walls. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. A light breakfast is included but other amenities listed on Expedia were not: for example, there is no daily housekeeping and no toiletries, not even soap! We did get towels and toilet paper upon request! Also note there is NO HOT...

"Perfect place to get out of loud cities in Bali and explore a totally different climate and view. I was astonished by the mountains right behind the rooms. Staff were accommodating and helpful. A bit secluded if you got no transport, but I enjoyed the quiet and serenity."

"Everything was fantastic. The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. Also very quiet which was perfect for us. There were always workers watering the plants and sweeping the grounds to make everything look beautiful. Pool area by the beach was amazing and had the best sunset views. Everyone on the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Any person you walked by would say hi and how are you. All the staff working the restaurant and pool area were very attentive and so nice. "The Eden House was an incredible oasis minutes from.the busy shopping area, with a literal.walk into a peaceful, personalized haven. The Buddist feel and decor, both sophicated and warm, was paired with homemade breakfasts and a hands-on owner. I wouldbot have stayed anywhere else!"

"Great staff. Very accommodating. Laundry service, scooter rental, massage, day trips... whatever you want, they’ll happily arrange it for you. Directly across from the Monkey Forest. Sometimes the Monkeys even come over and climb in the trees around the property."

"Overall , it was good . But the room needs more convenience like slippers , hangers, robes,,,, . And as it is situated up the hill , it’s quite difficult to get to especially at night . This is even more cumbersome if you have big luggages. "

"Really great, unique experience staying in a bamboo villa. Some way back from the main road and therefore quiet (except sometimes the neighbouring roosters). Plenty of eating/shops nearby, not ATMs. Staff were helpful and friendly, getting bags to and from the main road. Not too many problems with it being a fully open house, except sometimes we had nibbles on food packets left out overnight. Wifi was weak."

"The family are very friendly and tge breakfast Was good. They made you feel welcome and treated me like family. I was given a yellow rice Dish when they were celebrating a ceremony and Told me that eating the yellow rice is part of their culture. Overall was a good experience."

"Guest house sympathique, propre , avec une cuisine pour faire à manger vous même si vous ne souhaiteriez pas sortir. Nous avons passé qu une nuit pour assister à la cérémonie de Keliki. Le service scooter a été demandé pour nous ramener à tagellalang, le propriétaire nous a gentiment proposer le service avec ses filles comme conductrices , ça fait gagner du temps que commander grab and co , donc à Bali faut pas hésiter à demander , moyennant finance mais payer pas cher du tout!"

"Great Spacious cabin with nice garden. A long trip from the airport and very grateful to have Dewa as driver ss the traffic and roads require experience. The road up to the cabin is really quite poor so I wouldn't want to drive anything less than a rugged car or 4x4.. November is rainy season and we had storms all day most days so we didn't get to see much out and about.. "
