"Location is superb, walking distance to the entire shopping strip. Bed was comfortable. Has portable a/c unit, heater and fan; keeps the room comfortable. Shower is very nice. Sink stand needs a little repair, got a nice wood splinter in the hand, but no big deal. It was clean and had body soap, shampoo and conditioner. No hair dryer. Two items that would enhance this room would be a closet you can hang clothes in. It has two gym type lockers only. The other would be a mini fridge, just...

We spent a lot of time outdoors on the lighted decks, in the hot tub, by the fire pit and in the yard on the trampoline in the woods and in the kayak on the pretty pond. "The Birds Eye View is a charming, comfortable and delightful place. My family enjoyed a long weekend here. The kitchen is well stocked, there are fun games for all ages, the porch is a great place to hand out and the wooded area behind the house makes you forget you are in a town. The house is conveniently located to restaurants an and shops and many local attractions. The host is very responsive. You can’t go wrong staying here. "

"Five sisters/sister-in-laws spent a week at Brian’s house. Brian is an excellent host and was very responsive to our needs. The house is big, private, and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to return next year! Highly recommend!"

"Super easy communication with Jane and Tony. They have every detail covered from comfy beds, a fenced in back yard, all the dishes and cookware you could need, propane grill, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. They are welcoming and give tons of information about the area if you are looking for activities or restaurants. We will definitely stay here every time it’s available when we visit our son at IU. Thank you! "

"I just wanted a quiet place to find a little peace before starting a hectic soccer (mom) season. Betty Lou’s was exactly the spot I wanted. Quiet, cute, lovely bathroom (beautiful tub), Netflix to help with my chill, and if I did not want to watch a movie, there were plenty of birds at the feeders outside the window. Loved the cheerful daffodils in bloom along your walk to the front door. Just the nicest little spot for a retreat!"
