"We had come into Bristol on a late flight and had a meeting next morning. Big room comfy bed, bit cold at first and had to switch on heating. Very pleasant stay."

"A well located hotel with easy parking next door (NCP slightly discounted). Breakfast was very good with variety and prepared/cooked fresh. Our room was warm and comfortable with good space and city view. Reception was friendly and check in/out quick. A glass refillable bottle of water would be a good addition, and still maintain the hotels standard for eco friendly. The tea tray was disappointing against everything else. More variety and quantity of milk would be a welcomed addition. "
