"I arrived at 7.30 pm after a long drive from the South of France to find the hotel locked up with nobody there at all. The bar and restaurant were both closed as well. Lovely hotel in a lovely town

"Lovely hotel in a lovely town, but I would have felt more welcome if the communication from the hotel had an English translation under the text in French. I understand that the hotel mainly caters to French customers, but being an international hotel and so close to the UK, I would have expected the text in English as well. The staff were all great and helpful, so the stay was very positive."
