Ok but overpriced
Bit disappointed. Room was ok but noisy. Our window was over the car park with Cars pulling in and out all the time over the gravel which was annoying. Also kitchen staff entrance below so smell of cigarettes wafting through window too. I asked to be moved but nothing else available. If we had been on ground floor opposite the pond it would have been lovely as grounds were pretty.

Customer Satisfaction Not a Priority!
Booked over 5 weeks in advance before going to our holiday home in France for a month, 2 days before our stay we were emailed to say that because we had dogs we needed to be upgraded to a premium room for an additional charge - this should have been done within 2 days of booking not left sooooo late, giving us an opportunity to cancel. The cleaners were also suffering with a lack of attention to detail as there was no gel in the shower dispenser, 1 soap between the 2 of us and I had to raid a loo roll from the restaurant toilet. We ordered our meal and eventually the waitress approached us to ask if we had eaten our starters ... no came the reply ... we had been forgotten! However the hotel is in lovely grounds, our room (which was suitable for disabled) was spacious and there were french doors that opened onto a patio area. It was such a shame that the staff weren't trained well enough and didn't consider the possibility of repeat business - basically they have missed out on an opportunity for 10 nights plus dinner & drinks per year from this customer.

Le havre de Paix
Très bon Hôtel et restaurant. Cadre très verdoyant et très calme. L’environnement de l’hôtel est très reposant et très paisible avec sa petite mare et sa superbe terrasse. Très bonne restauration. Accueil, service, propreté et calme font de cet hôtel, un site très recommandé. Merci à tout le personnel.

Hôtel calme dans jolie jardin. Chambre confortable, salle de bain claire et spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié les peignoirs de bains. Petit déjeuner avec des produits de bonne qualité et très variés. Un des serveurs qui officiait le samedi matin était particulièrement aux petits soin des client et il faisait plaisir à voir tant il incarnait la notion de service à lui seul.

Bonjour étant de passage dans la région avec ma femme nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce superbe hôtel sans le savoir auparavant.nous avons été super bien accueilli un grand professionnalisme de la part du personnel un grand bravo toutes les explications étaient très claires Très bel établissement très propre et très confortable nous avons passés qu une nuit mais nous reviendront avec nos grands enfants

Nous avons passé 3 nuits en avril 2024 dans cet établissement et tout était parfait. Personnel très aimable, accueillant, souriant et très professionnel. Literie confortable et propre. Salle de bains bien équipée. Petit déjeuner très copieux il ne manquait rien. Très beau cadre, au milieu de la verdure. Ambiance calme. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter du sauna mais ce sera pour une autre fois j’espère. Service en plus : Borne de recharge pour voiture électrique sur le parking de l’hôtel. Seul bémol, le premier soir pour éviter de ressortir nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel et le repas ne nous a pas plu car les plats n’avaient pas beaucoup de goût. La carte du restaurant présente des plats assez chers. Dommage !...
