"The Cuthbert House is a rare find. It’s a beautiful inn with a historical feel, much like the area. The staff is friendly. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They also have a happy hour with appetizers and even champagne if requested. The breakfast was delicious as well. You will not go wrong staying at the Cuthbert House."

"The property is beautiful, comfortable, and the staff wonderful! We were just disappointed that they give us breakfast vouchers instead of offering the actual breakfast like they listed on their ad. Usually historic inns that offer breakfast provides on site in their nice dining rooms and most even serve on nice China to offer the full experience to their guest. The voucher was also not enough to pay for even a simple breakfast. "

Rooftop and porch were lovely and relaxing. Loved the view of the marina, water and sunset. Downtown Beaufort was one block away. Can’t say enough positive things!!!"

"We have stayed here several times and it has always been a wonderful experience. The unit is close enough to Beaufort that we can get there quickly to explore the city but it is also only 20 minutes from Hunting Island if we want beach time. The hosts are very thoughtful and provide amenities to make the stay that much nicer. The location is in a quiet neighborhood not far from grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. In addition, it is pet-friendly, something we really appreciate."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this villa! The view of the marsh with the ocean and Hunting Island in the distance is beautiful and ever changing.
