"Good location. It is within walking distance to the Crystal lake, about 10 minutes to Crystal Mountain ski, and also close to various local restaurants. The room is very clean and comfortable for the price. Only thing is the complimentary breakfast, no food refill and also one bag of bread is old with some mold. "

"We LOVE the Alpine. It's in a quiet location and the staff are wonderful! The rooms are always spotlessly clean. The Alpine is no-frills, but that makes it nice. Just a quaint, quiet place to relax in a spacious, clean room. The staff are friendly and courteous and We've stayed there twice now, and both stays were excellent. "My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary. We weren’t able to enjoy the exterior with the heavy snow, but the inside was super cozy. We were plenty warm. An easy distance from Crystal Mountain Resort, and not too far from other towns if you are looking for restaurants, gas, groceries, etc. The owners were also super responsive. My wife and I would definitely stay here again."
