"The property was clean! We stayed in the loft which was super cute. No one to help or assist you on premises. We were locked out of our room one night late for an hour due to keyless entrance malfunction which was very frustrating. The room wasnt ready till an hour after checkin due to housekeepers being behind on cleaning. However the were very kind and helpful for sure.
