"The property was clean! We stayed in the loft which was super cute. No one to help or assist you on premises. We were locked out of our room one night late for an hour due to keyless entrance malfunction which was very frustrating. The room wasnt ready till an hour after checkin due to housekeepers being behind on cleaning. However the were very kind and helpful for sure. "We LOVE the Alpine. It's in a quiet location and the staff are wonderful! The rooms are always spotlessly clean. The Alpine is no-frills, but that makes it nice. Just a quaint, quiet place to relax in a spacious, clean room. The staff are friendly and courteous and We've stayed there twice now, and both stays were excellent. Much better than in one of the "brand name" hotels."
