Some of the mosaic tiles are missing around the outside pool and because of this my hair was pulled a bit when it got caught in one of the gaps. Would be good if this is looked into "

"Great value for money located right in the city centre. The staff throughout the stay were all fantastic- both friendly and professional. The room itself was a junior suite, I was unsure about not having a window, but the room was so quiet and comfortable we slept well. Lovely shower, toiletries and drink making facilities - very nice to have oat milk sachets. Breakfast was ideal, nice healthy options and drinks included. Overall very impressed and will definitely stay again. "

"The hotel was a really good option for staying in the centre of Bristol. Close to the train station, a 20 minute walk to the canal, shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and I had a good night's sleep too."
