"The living room and bedroom were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well provided in every way. I appreciated all the soap, washing up liquid, loo roll, etc. that was there, as well as the welcome milk in the fridge. You can arrive and straight away have a cuppa (tea bags and coffee were there too) and use the loo, without even starting to unpack. There was plenty of hot water, but the shower is touchy. The temperature adjustment goes from not quite warm enough to ow! too hot! with the...

"The house is quaint but modern, has all the amenities, the tub and shower are spa level, and the host was helpful with anything (as were the lovely neighbors who greeted us briefly). I loved this house so much - I want to buy one just like it. Thank you for an incredible short but wonderful trip! "

"The host has thought of everything! It is truly a home from home (but this place has far better decor than my home!) Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Far better and so much more than a hotel room. "You could not find a better location to stay in Bath: lovely neighborhood, a very short walk to the bus/train station and into the city centre. Close to groceries, coffee and tea shops, shopping, and restaurants. We walked the river and canals easily from Kate's well-appointed home. The kitchen offered all the means for preparing and eating meals. The washer and dryer were a real plus. The home is older and would benefit from a refresh but suited us just fine. Do note that there are four flights...

"This is a superb beautifully decorated house in the middle of Bath. Perfect for our entire family. We had some difficulty getting into the property but other than that, it all worked well for us. "

"The loft was a delightful stay!! Tessa had gone the extra mile by providing a lovely welcome tray of tea, coffee, orange juice and breakfast items with a fruit bowl. The bed was amazing…. So comfortable, we will certainly miss it being back home! There was board games supplied and tele had Amazon, Netflix and Spotify for music. The convection microwave was simple to use and we cooked a couple of meals. We will certain use this quaint little loft again when in the area. 😀"
