Room and bed were large, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Had robes and slippers(needed as bathroom tiles were cold!) "

Mentioned this to a very helpful lady on reception and she gave us a free upgrade to a bigger, warmer, quieter room."
