"Location is ideal for both the SF Giants and the Warriors' home games. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted, and we handed our keys to a valet for parking. We did not plan on using our car during our stay. I will say, the parking is pricey, especially finding out it was not a covered (garage) parking spot. Our car was returned quite dirty from the birds. Check-in was a breeze as I had pre-paid for the room. All that was needed was a card for incidentals. The front desk was informative on directions to our room and where the amenities could be found. The room was exceptionally clean. We did not notice much noise from adjoining rooms, however, we do travel with earplugs just in case. The bed was surprisingly comfy. This can be hit or miss with hotels, and we were happy to have a restful sleep. I would suggest the foam pillows, as the ones provided were a little too soft for our liking. Try out the robot delivery! Sure, it was a little over the top, but a fun experience. All in all, a great experience. We will definitely stay here again. "
