"Property dated. We had a room looking out to the carpark but there was noreal good view from any side of the property. Close enough to eating area without the noise. This was central point for us to do day trips to rotorua surrounds so it was convenient. We also booked here because it was a one bed apartment style accommodation. "

"We had 3 upgraded rooms and all very clean, tidy and modern. The pool was a hit for the kids so warm and the retractable roof for sunny days a winner. Breakfast buffet was replenished often. "
