"We just returned home (Arizona) from a fantastic 6 week journey visiting Australia and NZ. The Aura accommodations were fine..great location and the spa was a treat at night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The one constructive comment would be for the room to be updated for today’s expectations or needs, ie, USB ports, fresh paint, new carpet, etc. "

"Room was nice and big. Shelves under bathroom sink need a thorough clean and behind the radiator was quite dusty (I’m asthmatic) but other than that the room was great. The water gets really really hot in the shower but I imagine that the water in the hot springs heats the showers so just something to be aware of especially if you have a baby or young child with you."
