The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and Rebecca baked my daughter a wonderful huge birthday cookie and they sang happy birthday to her which has never happened anywhere that we’ve stayed before. "It is conveniently located and although located on a highway we could not hear traffic sound. Spacious room with coffee maker, coffee maker and refrigerator. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean and the queen beds were extremely comfortable- in fact the best I’ve slept in, in years. Nice complimentary breakfast included which was nice. Well done Quality Bay City. Highly recommended. "

"The staff was great. The room did not look like in did in the pictures on line. The place overall was pretty run down. Stained sheets, paint peeling walls, dirty molding etc. each day when I returned to my room I had to have my room card reset because it wouldn’t work. Cable was out so no tv most of my stay. And the internet was very sporadic. I definitely will never stay here again!"
