"We had an emergency visit to relatives and found this place what a great choice. The location was closed to everything, shopping, restaurants, rental place and my family. The owner was quick in responding to my texts. The place smell clean and it was clean; with new towels. It was a great choice."

"The property was in poor condition. The paint on the ceiling was peeling. The paint in the room in poor condition. The room had no closet or where to put clothes. The windows did not close completely. The bathtub leaked all the time. In the area where the sofa bed is located there was no fan or air conditioning. Only the location was excellent."

"The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. The apartment is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and about a 45min drive to San Juan. Very great location. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at this location."

"This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and because there were 9 of us decided to use VRBO rather than pay for multiple hotel rooms. The house had enough space, was clean and the Lourdes was very helpful. You will need to rent a vehicle to get around the island and use Google translate if you do not speak Spanish. "We were staying on our 30th Anniversary. The rooms looks ok . Our main problem : we were two days without water on the Apartment. This is horrible, even we reported it. Also the Microwave was dirty and the plates had MOLD. Never again!!"
