"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "The view was absolutely beautiful. The property had so much Potential. It did need Updating. When something went wrong, they did come down right away. Yes there were bugs But You are Practically Staying in the woods so of course there will be bugs. While we were there The whole island lost electricity. But since our place was on solar, we didn't have too much Of an issue. We did not like that the forth bedroom was separate from the house, but we made due."
