"As the listing describes, this is an older house that has some updating needed. "Enjoyed our stay! Close to the beach for our dogs to enjoy with us! Stayed cool with the a/c units to our surprise. Unfortunately the a/c unit slides were not secure which allowed flies entry. Wooden blinds would be a better option with a/c units instead of curtains for privacy at night but daylight during the day. Overall expectations were met. Video game was enjoyed by all. Would definitely recommend for a quick getaway!"

"This is a very spacious house for four and possibly for more a short walk from the beach, through some trees and directly to the water. Despite the highway in view, it was very quiet and was comfortable for our weekend stay. Despite the somewhat spare decor and slightly random kitchen, we had everything we needed. While it is an older house, there were minimal quirks and the location is excellent."

Though his old house is long gone - this took him back to his childhood days and as it turns out - he once knew the people who lived in the cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and just what I was expecting. Communication and check-in/access was easy. Will definetly consider it for a visit in the fall."
