"We deided to take a vacation to Williamsburg to visit Busch Gardens. We found this fabulous condo at the Kingsmill resort that allowed pets. When we arrived we were surprised at the size and location of the condo. The resort is a beautiful wooded location with a police security service and a 24 hour guard post manned by police. The area is like a mini town with a country club (not part of the rental) and a lake and a small beach. We found the condo to be quite comfortable with a very homey...

"We had a great two night stay while visiting Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. The condo was very clean, plenty of space for us all, nice furnishing and comfortable recliners too! Such nice goodies left for us like chips, chocolate, coffee and shower gel. A few laundry pod and dishwasher pods made thing simple too. Comfortable beds and overall a great visit!"

"Overall stay was good! Communication with property owner was good. Easy fast check in. The condo was a little dirty, shower tub in master dirty, stained, and some soap scum buildup. Didn’t provide enough towels or washcloths for number of people or nights. Never found any extra blankets or pillows. "As advertised, convenient location to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Beautiful place to walk paths. Teen son liked fishing (even without catching anything) and the mini soccer field. Wonderful water pressure in showers. Suggest to the owners adding some kitchen hand towels and cleaning cloth for dishes. We cooked and wanted to hand wash the pots, not use the dishwasher. Thank you for the pleasant stay!"
