"We struggle to contact the owner via vrbo app but thos was not their fault. The appartment was great. Clean, spacius. Water in fridge. Coffee machine. Washing machine and dryer. I just feel the day rate plus the clean fee makes a 1 night stay quite expensive. "

"My partner and I stayed here for a weekend to attend a nearby wedding. Joanne, the owner, was friendly and gave clear instructions. The home is very spacious and decorated so sweetly Victorian-style. We had everything we needed there for an enjoyable stay and it made our weekend that much better. We loved it. Thank you Joanne!"

"We were in town to see family and this was the perfect spot for our family that lives in Leroy and Batavia. The only comment I have to share is that the shower is small and I only say so because then you won’t be surprised. It works fine just small is all. All else was very nice and enjoyable. "

"We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was immaculate! Furnishings were very nice and everything was in great condition! She left us bottled water and snacks which was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is that at least one of the bedrooms have a TV. With multiple people staying there and different age groups it would have been nice to have at least one more TV than just the one in the living room. Location was great. When coming back again...

"This property was so nice and clean and the street it was on was out of a movie. We did not get to experience all it had to offer as we were there so quick, but all of us said we need to come back here and stay longer. "Not gonna lie - Didn't know what to expect when we were headed for a cornfield - But there really IS a lake here and this place was PERFECT! Immaculate, cozy, updated and very very comfy bed! The cabin is darling. Water pressure is amazing. Instructions are clear. And honestly, everything you need is right there. It felt like we were visiting a friend - highly recommend! "
