So helpful with guidance.We don't normally eat a lot where we stay, but the food was so delicious we kept coming back. This hotel is in a perfect location for the Fansipan train. "The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind."

"Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments. "

"It was an excellent stay in a room with a great view of the valley. The room was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great. The staff even watched my bags before I checked in so I could check out the town and Fansipan. "
