"Excellent rental. It's a newer listing and could use some small tweaks but it was great otherwise. Check in was easy peasy, communication from the property manager was prompt, and amenities were exactly as described. There were even a few unexpected extras that were convenient. The house is wired strangely in some spots and could use some more labeling for switches. The converted garage/bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house (as expected) and needed an extra fan which was actually...

"This house has a lot of character and charm! The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog, too. Communication with our host and check-in were both easy and efficient. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family!"

"We had a group of 6 stay to enjoy downtown Austin and attend events at the convention center. The house is easily located and spacious for our group. They were very responsive when we had questions or an issue and resolved it easily."

"This was a small but very efficient house to stay. It was perfect for my weekend and very comfortable. I slept well and the bed was very comfortable. The train was noisy and shook the house but there was a fan in the closet and it drowned out the noise so I was able to sleep well. I felt safe at the property and would definitely stay again. "We stayed at the house for a few nights to visit family nearby. The backyard is a beautiful retreat. The fenced yard is wonderful if brining your pup to give them a place to wander around. The home is very clean and well maintained. The renovations at the property are very well done We will be back in March and hope to be able to use the pools and outdoor seating areas with the warmer temperatures. "

"Absolutely loved our stay! One of our favorites so far! Very dog friendly. Our girls loved walking the trails and playing back at the cabin in the fenced in area. Felt completely safe letting them off leash to play. The Cabin is super cute and well stocked with some basics for humans and fur babies! Thank you so much for your hospitality! "

"Our stay was great and the team was fairly attentive. The property was clean and a perfect fit for our group! Only issue was that we were having hot water issues and they tried to send someone to troubleshoot. However, when their solution did not work, we did not receive any other options to fix it. Also, with the electric door code deactivating at 10 am, be sure not to leave anything behind! We were unable to open the door minutes after we left to retrieve a forgotten item. "Property was very clean, nice open kitchen area, plenty of room for a large family. Driving to places in Austin or Bastrop was all under 30 minutes which was really convenient.Curtains would be a nice touch, the couch could be more comfortable, and a spare TV in the master bedroom would be nice. The pol ques were in rough shape and I noticed the coffee table was damaged, and small hole in the dry wall in one of the guest rooms. Other than that every thing was perfect. "

"Great location, super close to UT, LBJ library, and great BBQ. Very clean and quiet, appreciated the driveway for parking. Would definitely stay here again. Nicely supplied with kitchen needs."
