"The house was large with plenty of room for all of us (8 adults and 5 kids). There was plenty of kitchen ware for the cooking and eating. Overall it was adequately clean but, it could use a good deep clean, some repairs and some paint."

"We traveled 4 hours to stay at this rental only to find out that the place was vacant and locked up tight. There has been no renovation and the host was unresponsive. There wasn't any furniture, no stove, no refridgerator, and there was trash around the place. We had no phone service and no place to stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, IT IS A SCAM!!!"

"From the first communication to the last, and definitely everything in between, this place is one of the best you can find for a group weekend of riding. Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out, when we opened the door, it was spotless inside, with rooms and beds galore, great appliances and supplies throughout the house. The beds were comfortable, having the smart TV was nice, and bathrooms and showers were great. The couch - well let's just say that a few of us were trying to figure out how...

"Had a lovely time. House is great and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed all the rooms. Some suggestions: 1. the bunk bed room was freezing cold, might want to add a heat source 2. You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3. Problem in the upstairs bathroom, the sink did not drain properly. May want to look at that immediately. 4. Those who used that upstairs bath suggested...

"This is a great house to rent if you are looking to ride the Spearhead Pocahontas trail or the Pocahontas Hatfield-McCoy trail. The Spearhead trail is right across the road and the Pocahontas HM connector is about a 10-15 min ride away on pavement. The home itself was very clean & roomy and had everything we needed.
