"Absolutely stunning hotel, the balcony & views were amazing. Francesca was the most lovely host, driving us into town, booking restaurants and giving excellent advice. Breakfast was delicious too. Cannot fault this place, highly recommended. "

"I booked this property kind of last minute and in a rush that i did not realize that they requested 48 hour advance notice for the arrival time. There isnt a front desk. When we arrived at the property and went through the doors I knew that i needed to look at the check-in instructions. At that moment, I saw that they needed advance notice. I was able to call the number listed and the host picked up after a few rings. I informed her of our arrival and she said someone would meet us in 15 min....

"This was a wonderful quaint place by the lake. There is walking up the stairs, but very doable for most of us. Nice little walk down to the lake very good restaurant on the same block. It is in a tucked away street so it is very safe and quiet, but we did walk to And from Bellagio uphill so be ready"

"The very first thing I would say is that the location is PERFECT! Central to everything! The bed,pillows and mattress were extremely nice!!! Downsides, you cannot park nearby, no big deal except for the added cost. The manager is very nice and responsive. Improvements would only be additional lighting in the bathroom"
